Orders
Shipping & Returns
Orders are placed and fulfilled through our Etsy shop. The notes below say where each part of that is handled.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Mettā Publications (“Mettā,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) sells its printed goods through a marketplace rather than through this site. This page explains where an order is placed, who handles delivery and returns, and where to reach us.
Where You Buy
Our goods are sold through the Mettā Publications shop on Etsy. The shop pages on this site describe what is available and link out to the marketplace listing.
metta.pub does not take payment, hold your card details, or ship anything itself. Checkout happens at Etsy, and the shop policies set there govern your order.
Delivery
Delivery times, shipping options, and shipping costs are the ones shown at Etsy checkout for your destination. The figures displayed on your order at the time of purchase are the ones that apply to it.
Orders are dispatched from New Zealand.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Mettā Publications shop policies on Etsy, together with Etsy’s own protections for buyers.
If something is wrong with an order, open that order in your Etsy account and start a case there. That is the route that reaches both us and Etsy, and it keeps the order record attached to your request.
For anything that flow does not cover, write to us at support@metta.pub.
Your Rights in New Zealand
Mettā Publications is a New Zealand seller. Where you buy from us as a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to the goods we sell.
Those rights are not displaced or limited by a marketplace’s own policies, or by anything on this page.
