Can I re-download my digital product purchases?

You can always find the link to your digital files in your order confirmation email. You can also click the link on the order page in your account.

What do I get with my digital product purchases?

When you purchase a digital product, you get a zipped folder containing the printable PDF file(s). When we update the product, you will receive an email with the updated download link. You can always access all your file, new and old, from the order page in your account.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, and use only proven methods of payment, therefore your details are safe with us.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

In order to deliver the best service possible, all our orders are processed as quickly as possible. This may mean that changes to delivery options, addresses, or payment methods are not possible.If you need to make a change to your order please contact as myron@metta.pub soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

All shipping times are given on the shipping page. Please note that shipping cut off times are 9am NZ time on business working days.

Do you ship overseas?

All orders are currently shipped from New Zealand. We offer international delivery all around the world. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent via tracked delivery as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking code and link.

What do I do if I've missed my delivery?

If you are not there when delivery is attempted, the courier should leave a delivery note stating where you can pick your order up from, or how you can re-schedule a delivery.

Can my order be sent to a different address?
